Getting C++ Builder for free

You can download  C++ Builder Starter  from the site of Embarcadero.

At the top of the page, look for Free Tools / C++ Builder Starter.

On the next page, register and then download the installation files. It's a large download, several gigabytes.

Warning: you can not install C++ Builder Starter if Delphi Starter is installed on the same machine, it's one or the other.

After installation, start C++ Builder. It's possible that it asks for an additional download.
