I heard that Borland has released
a free personal version.
Delphi 2005 Personal is not available anymore.
Delphi 2005 Personal was included in the DVD edition of PC Plus (issue 232, summer 2005).
Also the Australian Personal Computer magazine recently had Delphi 2005 Personal on their DVD.
