Sorry. But it isn't what I meant. I meant:
For example: When you add the command line parameter "Nostartup" in your Age of Empires II shortcut (Empires2.exe).
Empires2.exe starts with no opening cinematic.
And there are some other options (Command Line Parameters) like this one.

And my question is: How can I make a program that have some "Command Line Parameters".
