After unzipping the project, you double-click on the .DPR file. What happens next?

1. Delphi does not start: then there must be something wrong with your Delphi installation. I advise to re-install Delphi.

2. Delphi starts, but you get an error. If that's the case, can you let us know what the error message indicates?

3. What happens if you try to start Delphi by clicking on it's icon in the Start-menu? What happens if you double-click direcly on it's exe-file in the Explorer? (delphi32.exe)
