A few Questions: Remote Destination...

I have a few question realy...

The first one is on the read and write text file code snips is there any way of gathering the file from the net such as:
http://members.lycos.co.uk/server22/data.txt
ive tried typin that into the "assignfile" part but it just says its not exisists!

The second is (these are two real wierd thing to put together but...)

Is there a way in Delphi Personal to input a source onto the form: I mean i have a webcam and i would like to make software to view it then i can add extra bits in i was just wonderin if its possible... If you need more info on the cam or out just say....
