I have met the problem also, those are my way to solve it:

1.You should find the file "BORDBK70.DLL" and copy to "C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32";
2.menu "run" -> enter the command "regsvr32 bordbk70.dll" and run;
The system will prompt "regist succesful"!
