Delphi program doesn't print when printer is panasonic KX-P1150 (dot matrix printer )

My delphi code doesn't print anything when I use panasonic KX-P1150 (dot matrix printer)

however when I set hp laser printer as default printer
same code prints with it.

how can I success printing with panasonic printer?
