Import ActiveX - Ariad Components Fails

I am trying to import registered ariad activex components, which i have used in vb for a long now, but fails to do so. I am not getting any errors while importing except certain warnings like following.

Any additional i can't see components in the list though package are already installed.

Can anybody help me to knwo the reason ? Thanks
